Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged with a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds and will be charged a $25 no-show fee. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no adjustment to the session fee. **CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Reiki and meditation are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients should consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
